rssdl initial release

I started writing rssdl back in November 2020 as a way to get familiar with
writing C, and I am now proud to announce that it has got its first release!

You can clone[0] the repo directly or download[1] the tarball from kallist's
gitea.

For context, rssdl is a program I made to save RSS and Atom feeds as a Maildir
so I can read feeds with my mail client instead of installing another feed
reader. I did not know about sfeed[2] at the time which may be a better
alternative to this.
